All orders include a prepaid return label to facilitate refunds. We will issue a full credit card refund for any item returned within 90 days of purchase, provided that item is in mint condition and in its original packaging.  Of course since this is a ficticious site used to show case Nexternal's shopping cart software, there will be nothing to return.
